On the other hand,some others maintain that, considering China’s large population and lack of a sense of civicduty, once the parks are free of charge, they will not be properly managed and will inevitablybe damaged. When considering opinions of both sides, I am inclined to the latter view. It’scertain that free entry to urban parks should proceed with economic development, as itneeds financial support. Hence, the current economic level in China reflects that free entry toparks can only be realized step by step.
